Warranty.

Your purchase is supported for up to 1 year by our quality guarantee. All products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Your item may be subject to inspection by our team at Parapack.

Not Covered: normal wear and tear, damage caused from outside the normal scope of use, rips, jagged tears, stains, fading.

Covered: manufacturing defects, snap malfunctions, fabric tears along a seam, stitching defect that prevents you from being able to use the product.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship we may be able to fix it free of charge. The decision of whether to repair or replace a product is solely up to the discretion of our team. Repaired items will be subject to available parts. Replaced items will be subject to current inventory.

To begin a warranty request, please submit your request along with images of the issue and the original proof of purchase to info@parapack.co.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds.

Returned products must be in new condition, free of wear or damage and inside the original packaging.

Steps required for a return

  1. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

  2. Email info@parapack.co with your original order number and reason for return.

  3. We may ask that you provide a photo of the item you wish to return before we can proceed with officially initiating your return.

If you would like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.

Please allow 4 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less shipping. Customers must pay for return shipping. Items marked as final sale or sample are not eligible for return.
