  • You should wear your cap loose and let it just float on top of your head! If you encounter a windy situation, simply tighten the cord at the front to make sure the cap won’t blow off.

  • If you have a new cap, the Infini-Fit adjustment cord may need to be broken in. Pull the cord in and out of the side fabric, making sure to scrunch and un-scrunch the fabric each time you pull the cord through. Repeat about 3-4 times and you should see that the cord will slide more easily.

    Also, as you wear and use the cap, the smoothness of the adjustment will improve over time.

  • All our caps are adjusted at the front of the cap.

    Tightening:
    Pull the cord with one hand while your other hand holds the cord lock in place.

    Loosening:
    Slide the cord lock away from your head and, using your other hand, release the cord tension at the back of the cap.

  • All Parapack headwear is one size fits most!

    36-62 cm or 14"-25 Inches

  • Yes, we reserved an extra 2-3 cm/ 1” cord length that is a part of the knot at the front end of the cord. Once undone, it allows for 65 cm maximum adjustment. Great for people who have a larger head or thicker hair.

  • For head sizes over 65 cm/ 26”, we recommend ordering the Extra Large Noggins add on so we can customize the cap to fit your head! We also allow you to customize the color, if desired.

  • Mix equal parts baking soda, water, and hydrogen peroxide into a paste in a cup. Rub the paste into the stain using an old toothbrush. Let the cap sit for 30 minutes. Wash the cap in cold soapy water. Rinse and let air dry. Repeat as necessary.

  • No, the monofilament mesh does not offer much sun protection. It is very breathable and is best suited for people who have thick hair and do not need much sun protection on the top or back of their head.

  • If you have just gotten your new cap, the adjustment cord may need to be broken in. We recommend sliding the cord in and out of the fabric tunnel a few times to help the fabric and cord slide smoothly.

  • Yes, we are currently working on our next designs and are always looking out for more premium, performance, and eco materials to apply to the new products.

  • Yes, we will be adding more color options shortly. If you have a color suggestion, feel free to email us about the colors you wish to see in the future!

  • We recommend you hand wash your headwear with warm water and a small amount of soap. Hang it up in “cap” mode to air dry.

  • When there is an out-of-stock period, the wait time naturally becomes longer than we wish for. In this situation, we typically anticipate the restocking period to take 3 months minimum, and about 2 additional weeks to prepare + to ship to all wholesale customers and the Pre-order customers’ orders.

  • Pre-order period begins typically 1 month before we receive the restock inventory.

SHIPPING

  • Our system should send out an automated email to you, however, please contact us if you have not received one.

  • Generally, the orders will ship 1-3 business days after you receive the confirmation email. Depending on your shipping method and location (US/ international). Domestic orders (USPS Package) can take about 7-10 business days and International orders (International USPS) can take up to 21-30 days to arrive.

  • When we mark your order as shipped you will receive your tracking number inside your shipping confirmation email.

    • We encourage you to order from a stockist that is within/ near your region for a faster shipping experience! Check out our Stockists page.

    • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. For specific duties and tax amounts, you may contact your customs office for more detailed information.

    • Parapack cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

    • If you do not received tracking information for your order within 3 business days, your order may not be eligible to be tracked. Shipping does not include tracking to some countries, and therefore may not be trackable once the package has left international borders.
